The administrative burden among managers eased, projects could be started and tracked with greater ease, and overall operational efficiency increased.

Sigli partnered with a highly respected IT consulting firm to build an immersive wholesale web portal for an eyewear manufacturing and distribution company. The portal supports a triannual in-person event and opens it up to a global audience. It includes an ecommerce store, real-time updates and personalised product recommendations, all as part of its “showroom” experience.

Sigli managed a comprehensive Salesforce implementation for a software provider in the lighting sales industry based in North America. The project involved wide-scale integration with external systems, custom development, workflow automation, and the creation of scalable architecture for future digital transformation initiatives. After completion, our client saw an increase in sales, higher customer service scores, and a substantial improvement in process efficiency. 

Our client provides trade compliance software to a global user base of importers and exporters. Its module-based SaaS solution was in need of an extensive update and feature expansion. Sigli refactored the legacy system, modernised core functionality, and added country-specific extensions. The result was a scalable, maintainable platform able to meet the demands of modern, complex supply chains.

Sigli was hired to optimise a no-code ecommerce website builder used by small businesses. We were also tasked with speeding up feature delivery workflows. In less than six months, we updated the platform backend, expanded user functionality, and refined internal dev workflows to allow our client’s in-house team to ship features quickly and reliably. 

Sigli worked with a public sector client to modernise and expand one of its core web applications. The platform is used to manage a healthcare education and assistance outreach programme. After a rigorous update to the app, our client was able to expand its outreach, process greater volumes of data, and better identify underserved groups. It saw improvements across a range of measures, including faster report generation, higher user satisfaction and reduced downtime.

Our client provides a suite of prospecting, customer management, and nurturing tools to estate agents. Its platform is built around an extensive, proprietary database of UK properties and is trusted by many well-known brands, including Knight Frank and Carter Jonas. We partnered with our client’s in-house data science team to build new data pipelines, enhance development workflows, and implement machine learning (ML) models. The result was an expanded, powerful new feature set for end users.

Our client specialises in the production and installation of crane rail systems and parts. Despite being a global market leader, the company relied on outdated, sometimes paper-based processes. It was eager to initiate wide-scale digital transformation. Sigli built both a customer portal and an internal management app. At the same time, we designed overarching digital infrastructure to allow for the fast, efficient implementation of future solutions. 

This project involved a client we have worked with many times in the past. It distributes software and hardware products to a global market of resellers. Its legacy, soon-to-be deprecated Intershop ecommerce platform was no longer fit for purpose. We were asked to build a new platform from the ground up. We worked with a system integrator to architect a solution roadmap that incorporated cross-departmental optimisation feedback and the very latest functionality. Development is set to finish towards the end of 2025.

Our client specialises in modular office construction. It provides privacy pods, solid walls, and glass wall partitions to a global corporate client base. As an innovative, sustainability-focused company, it wanted to challenge the traditional catalogue approach to selling that dominates the industry. It enlisted Sigli to build a web app where prospects could view products, plan and visualize designs, and receive pricing information without any need to sign up.

The logistics client hired Sigli to rewrite a reverse logistics platform for handling returns that its in-house team was struggling with. The platform would be geared mainly at resellers and, as such, had a potential three million-strong user base. Sigli delivered successful outcomes across several areas. It improved project management protocols, rewrote the existing platform, rolled out several complex features, and deployed the first production release.

Alinea Online is a learning support platform that assists individuals with reading and spelling difficulties. Sensotec, who owns the brand, approached Sigli to build a web app and expand the platform’s functionality. Sigli developed a web app with an array of new features, including text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) technology, and a special mode for taking exams. Sigli also built a supporting browser extension.

A renowned provider of manufacturing execution system (MES) software serves a wide range of sectors, including aerospace, pharmaceuticals and plastic manufacturing. Delivering advanced functionality for industrial monitoring is a cornerstone of its value proposition. Sigli performed an array of platform upgrades for this MES specialist. These included introducing new security protocols, making the app accessible via the internet, and improving underlying architecture to allow for faster customisation of software for clients compared to competitors.

The ecommerce website is a popular product comparison website. It relied on a complex backend to manage dynamic product pages, affiliate sales and partner compensation schemes. Sigli completed wide-scale infrastructure changes and upgrades, including migrating to a headless CMS and expanding functionality. The platform saw a range of efficiency gains, leading to substantial cost reductions.

Telecoms is a tough industry. Remaining competitive requires an ongoing commitment to exceptional client-side services and top-level backend performance. A telecoms client approached Sigli to perform a legacy system upgrade that would allow for the addition of new customer and admin features. It was also important to manage the migration of users to the new platform.

The AML platform provider is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider operating in the highly specialised anti-money laundering (AML) space. Its cross-industry client base has a range of compliance, monitoring and customer assessment needs. After taking over a partially finished platform from a previous dev team, Sigli substantially expanded functionality, improved security infrastructure, and upgraded the user interface. Sigli brought the project to completion and successfully onboarded the first new clients.

One of the world’s largest street-level 3D mapping services, a top competitor of Google Street View in the Netherlands, operates a fleet of over 80 cars equipped with advanced imaging technology and AI. Sigli designed and integrated a client portal for this company's new recording equipment, allowing clients to collect their own mapping data. Sigli also built a dedicated app to support on-demand services.

The client’s company provides payment solutions to fintech and retail companies. It approached Sigli to redesign its client onboarding portal.
Sigli implemented a friendly, easy-to-use customer interface and asynchronous server-side processing. The new platform helped the company grow by removing substantial amounts of friction during onboarding, thereby preventing client drop-off.

Sensotec and its brand Lexima provide digital learning tools to people with disabilities. It asked Sigli to update its legacy infrastructure, including creating a unified identity and access management (IAM) system for its somewhat scattered suite of services. Sigli quickly got to work. It analysed and upgraded parts of Sensotec’s architecture, built a new IAM system, deployed user and internal administrator web management portals, and integrated with a range of third-party providers.

The 3D Configurator Provider's software lets brands showcase their digital product catalogues in 3D. A large part of their value proposition is the way its suite of tools integrates smoothly into its customers' retail and manufacturing tech stacks. The company approached Sigli to help with an integration for a new customer. Unlike previous cases, this client’s tech stack was complex and beyond the scope of the 3D Configurator Provider’s in-house expertise. Sigli built and implemented the integration — enabling them to cater to the customer, enter a new market, and ensure long-term performance through bug fixes and testing. This project highlights Sigli's proficiency in custom software development and system integration, essential for managing third-party risks and ensuring ICT systems' security and resilience, aligning with DORA's requirements.
