In Short
Sigli is committed to responsible communication practices and to protecting the reputation of its brand and its domains. This policy governs how Sigli sends electronic communications and how the Sigli brand and domains may be referenced by others.
It binds all Sigli employees, contractors, and agents, and all affiliates, partners, resellers, and any other third party acting on Sigli's behalf or referencing a Sigli domain. It applies to the following domains, together the Sigli Websites:
Sigli sends commercial email only to people who provided their details to Sigli directly, or with whom Sigli has an existing business relationship. In practice, that means one of the following:
Sigli does not purchase, rent, scrape, harvest, or otherwise acquire contact data from third parties, list vendors, or data brokers. No Sigli sending account is loaded with addresses obtained this way.
No person or entity — including Sigli itself, its employees, affiliates, partners, and resellers — is authorised to promote, advertise, or reference any Sigli Website by means of unsolicited bulk or commercial electronic messages, in email, SMS, instant messaging, or any other channel. Specifically prohibited:
Every commercial message from Sigli identifies Sigli as the sender, gives valid postal and electronic contact details, and states plainly why the recipient is receiving it. Messages are sent from clearly attributable Sigli addresses on the domains listed above.
Contacts who have not engaged with Sigli communications for an extended period are removed from active mailing rather than kept indefinitely. Consent and interest expire; our lists reflect that.
Every commercial message carries a clear, working unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by replying to any Sigli message, or by writing to abuse@sigli.com.
Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and permanently. The address is added to a suppression list that applies across all Sigli domains, sending accounts, marketing tools, and CRM systems — not only the campaign the request came from. Suppressed addresses are retained for the sole purpose of ensuring no further contact.
Sigli does not authorise, condone, or knowingly benefit from the promotion of the Sigli Websites through unsolicited messages by any third party. Sigli operates no affiliate programme that advertises its domains by email.
Where Sigli becomes aware that a third party is promoting a Sigli Website in violation of this policy, Sigli will take reasonable steps to require that the activity stop, including terminating the relationship where appropriate.
Violation of this policy by an employee, contractor, affiliate, partner, or third party may result in disciplinary action, termination of the business relationship, and other remedies available under applicable law.
Received an unsolicited message referencing a Sigli domain, or want your details removed? Forward the full message including headers where you can — it helps us trace the source. Every report is investigated and answered.
